Pumpkin has always been a favorite of mine. I’ve been known to have pumpkin pie instead of cake for my birthday (which is in May), I go to multiple pumpkin patches a year (I don’t have kids), and my cat is named Pumpkin. Needless to say, if it has to do with pumpkins I am in.
With autumn well under way you can find pumpkin flavored treats all over. Still, sometimes you just want to make something fun yourself. Try these this season instead of pumpkin pie (or alongside it, which is what I will be doing).Read More
Halloweentown! Remember that movie? If you want to start your day off right there are a few tricks that you should try.Read More
Summer is almost over. The weather is getting cooler, the kids are going back to school, and gas prices are going down (Yay!). Now’s the time to get back to your regular routine. What better way to start than by having a clean and organized home?
If you’re feeling overwhelmed thinking about tackling your clutter you’re in the right space.
I hate that feeling of anxiety I get when I see all the things in my house that need to get done. Unorganized closets, undecorated rooms, and messy spaces that need to be uncovered. It can be so overwhelming.
I definitely know what it’s like to have more “stuff” than I need. I’m in no way a minimalist. I love cute little odds and ends, and I get excited when I see new things that to decorate with. That’s why every once in a while I have to go around and declutter.
Pro tip: don’t buy everything that catches your eye.Read More
